We determine the scope of services we offer to ECG communities based on one major factor: the service must add value to the community and utility by fostering economic and community growth. That's a tall order, but our success is deeply rooted in the success of the communities we serve. That's why we make sure that our services are a better bang for the buck than any other around.
ECG has existed in many different forms over the past 60 years: a volunteer organization, business units of MEAG Power, and now, an independent joint-action service agency.

ECG provides strategic and technical services to communities with utility operations. Our services are designed to maximize the performance of their utilities and, to a greater extent, create successful communities with economic prosperity and opportunity. We provide services in operations, sales and marketing, business analysis, organizational development and economic development.
